Electrical Power Service and Distribution. The Engineer shall design electric power service circuits limited to all ITS system equipment identified for existing and proposed installation. The Engineer shall determine if existing electrical service locations can be utilized within the project. The Engineer shall coordinate with the public utility companies in proposing placement and connection of meters and other required service equipment. The Engineer shall endeavor to design to the latest edition of the National Electric Code (NEC). The Engineer shall indicate the termination of all service conductors for equipment and associated conduits on ITS system plan layout sheets. A conduit and conductor summary table may be used to supplement the conductor indicated on the ITS system plan layout sheet. The Engineer shall indicate service pole locations on the ITS system plan layout sheets. Service pole data will be indicated on a tabular summary sheet. The Engineer shall document voltage drop calculations. It is desirable to design the electrical service such that service disruption for one device will not disrupt service for another.   • Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix A. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs related to Distribution Upgrades. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Distribution Upgrades and Network Upgrades, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
