Project Setup. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will establish project files, project work plan, scheduling and initiation of our accounting system.
Project Setup. 2.1 SIEMENS will, and if applicable will cause its AFFILIATES to, use reasonable efforts to conduct the WORK to be performed according to Articles 3 and 4. In the event SIEMENS realizes that the WORK under the first sentence of Section 3.1 cannot reasonably be performed according to the milestones, time schedules and/or development/testing plans, SIEMENS shall immediately inform MRI INTERVENTIONS thereof. The PARTIES shall then review the situation and mutually agree on changes with respect to the further performance of such WORK under this DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT and modify this DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT respectively; provided, however, that in no event shall there be an increase in the aggregate amount payable by MRI INTERVENTIONS pursuant to the first sentence of Section 5.1. In case, despite their best efforts, the PARTIES are not able to agree upon such changes within thirty (30) days after information of SIEMENS, each PARTY shall have the right, for a five (5) working-day period thereafter, to terminate this DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT upon written notice to the other PARTY, in which case Sections 11.4 and 11.5 shall apply accordingly. Absent termination of this DEVELOPMENT pursuant the preceding sentence, MRI INTERVENTIONS shall be deemed to have accepted SIEMENS’ changes with respect to the further performance of the WORK under the first sentence of Section 3.1.
2.2 SIEMENS shall be free to determine the locations where the WORK under this DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT shall be performed and may subcontract parts of the WORK while ensuring that the work adheres to SIEMENS’ product engineering quality processes. Project Setup. The fee assumes 16 total hours for project documentation setup to complete the following tasks. • Project File/Records and documentation setup. Project filing index will be based on the Consultant’s file index.

Project Setup. The CONSULTANT will develop project documents and filing systems for the project that will include, project set-up, Work Plan, QA/QC Plan, hard and electronic files, sub-contract agreements and conduct an internal kick- off meeting.
Project Setup i. Assist Client and i ts designated employees to establish a Feasibility Report and Working Schedule for the Project Setup.
ii. Design for the Client’ s Application i Con and Application descriptions to be displayed on the required Public Device Platforms (“ Platform”, which is outlined on Appendix E).
iii. Design and upload Client’ s Company Name and Company Logo.
iv. Upload Client’ s Training Programs and Content Materials.
v. Design and develop the Assessment Module.
vi. Design and develop the Digital Certificate Module.
vii. Assist Client’ s designated employees to upload Training Programs and Content Materials to all other Modules through CMS ( Content Management System) modules within the Budget and Maximum Man-‐ Days which is defined in the Appendix B.
viii. Artemis Digital will provide the Budget and Maximum Training Man-‐ Days by on -‐ line or off -‐ line training to Client’ s designated employees to familiar with all features and applications. The number of Training Man-‐ Hours is defined in Appendix B. Extra Training Cost is also listed on Appendix B should Client is looking for additional training hours.
ix. Client is aware of and acknowledged that the Project Setup does not include service for any data conversions, such as images or videos or audio developments, and data input in connection with any Training Programs and Content Materials of Client. Artemis Digital may provide such services separately subject to Artemis Digital’s own production schedules and Extra Developments Fees, which is outlined on Appendix B. Client must assign sufficient resources to support the data conversions and input timely to match with the defined Working Schedule.
x. Upon the Client’ s approval of the Application at the end of Project Setup, Artemis Digital will submit the Application to the designated Public Device Platforms under the accounts of Artemis Digital Limited.
xi. Subject to all terms and conditions of the individual Platform, the Application shall be approved by the Platform for public listing and download through the Platform.
xii. Artemis Digital reserves all r ights to charge Client Extra Working Time costs should Client need extra t ime to complete the Project Setup beyond the defined Working Schedule. Extra Working Time Costs are outlined in Appendix B.
xiii. Artemis Digital hereby agrees that during the Term of this Agreement, Artemis Digital will offer one (1 ) Promotional Banner to Client regarding the introduction of Client’ s Applica...

Affirmative marketing includes setting up a dedicated website on XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxXxxXxxxxx.xxx as well as postings on XXXXX.xxx, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook where we have 3,000 followers. We also send out mailings quarterly to our distribution list of over 200 community groups, major employers, and social service providers to the housing region where the affordable units are located.
