Electrical Transformer. Install electrical transformer in electrical closet serving the Second Floor Space in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to Exhibit C to the Master Lease (Subtenant will be responsible for installation of individual electrical panels as part of its Subtenant Improvements).
Electrical Transformer. The CONSULTANT shall: • Review existing power supply and proposed demand from the site improvements. Prepare a plan and project specifications and coordinate with NV Energy for the installation of an electrical transformer and service panels.

Electrical Transformer. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that an electrical transformer belonging to Tucson Electric Power Company (‘‘TEP’’), which is located on the Property at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx (the ‘‘Transformer’’), is leaking. Seller notified TEP of the leaking Transformer after the Opening Date, but prior to the date of this Amendment. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that TEP has the obligation to repair the Transformer.
