The last Preventative Maintenance service tag I could find was performed in 2000. NOTE: I am not qualified to inspect or determine the condition of electrical panels. This inspection should be performed by a qualified technician. At minimum, panel maintenance should be performed – clean, tighten and scan. Panel covers should also be checked for proper installation.
