FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. This task consists of all services necessary to take project from Task 1 Preliminary Design Services through the Final Design Services and may include the following itemized services.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. Services related to preparation of construction Contract Documents and opinion of probable cost for the PROJECT.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. Upon receipt of written authorization by the City, the Consultant shall perform final design services which consist of furnishing plans and specifications to the City for review, approval, and printing. This task shall consist of 70% design submittal, 90% design submittal, and 100% design submittal.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. 1. Tasks associated with the development of plans, specifications, and estimates for replacement of the existing culvert bridges on Pecan Creek and Cedar Creek Road with slab beam bridges. CI will also develop an alignment and design the proposed access road between Xxxxx Edge Section 3 and Pecan Creek subdivision as recommended in the engineering letter report.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. All Final Design Services shall be paid for in a Single Lump Sum. Upon receiving written authorization to proceed with the Final Design Phase Services, the Design Consultant shall:
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES a. Assemble the construction plans and specifications into a final construction plan set suitable for Bidding and Permitting purposes.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. This task consists of services to take the project from Preliminary Design Services through the Final Design Services and includes the following itemized services. The Consultant shall allow 15 working days for City review of the Project Design report and Conceptual Design submittal, and the 65% and 100% complete plans; specifications; geotechnical report; and opinion of probable construction cost submittal. Includes plans and specifications for a unit price construction contract. Plan sheets shall be prepared utilizing the latest City of Rapid City Drafting Standards.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. At the conclusion of the Preliminary Engineering Service Phase of the PROJECT and the establishment of the preferred option for facility improvements the CITY shall authorize the CONSULTANT to perform all final design services necessary to provide for construction of the IMPROVEMENTS including furnishing plans and specifications to the CITY for review, approval, and printing.
FINAL DESIGN SERVICES. 2.1 Address City comments from the Task 1 City review(s) and finalize Technical Memorandum. Provide three (3) copies and a pdf file of each of the reports.
