Common use of Electricians Clause in Contracts

Electricians. In the event an electrician refuses the overtime the company will continue to offer 2 hours of overtime (in accordance with Clause 8(p)) until 3 electricians have accepted the work or until all electricians in the classification and department have been offered. Once all the electricians have been offered there shall be no further obligation on behalf of the company.
