Electronic Banking Disclosure. This disclosure statement covers your rights and responsibilities with regard toelectronic fund transfers” as defined by Regulation E of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. “Electronic fund transfers” include Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals and transfers, Debit Card transactions, direct deposits of Social Security payments, electronic fund transfers resulting from you providing merchants with information obtained from checks or preauthorized debits to your account to pay recurring charges. The term “electronic fund transfers” does not include, and therefore, this disclosure statement does not cover:

Electronic Banking Disclosure. Account Access Online or Mobile Banking is an internet-enabled service provided to our customers. By using Online or Mobile Banking with your personal Password and Logon Name, you are able to:  Make account inquiries  Check account balancesTransfer funds between your checking, savings and money market account  Access your current account history and E-Statements  Check loan balances  Make payments to your loan from your account at 1st Bank Yuma  Download account history into personal financial management software Available services may be added or cancelled at any time. We will update this Agreement to notify you of the existence of new services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules contained in this Agreement. You can use Online or Mobile Banking seven days a week, 24 hours a day. However, from time to time some or all of Online or Mobile Banking services may not be accessible due to system maintenance. Limitations on Fund Transfers From Money Market and Savings Accounts Pursuant to federal regulations, you are limited to the number of certain transactions you can make on your Savings and/or Money Market Accounts. For Savings Accounts you may make no more than six (6) transfers to another account or to a third party by pre-authorized, online transfers, automatic transfers, telephone transfers, fax requests, voice response requests, and ACH (Automatic Clearing House - electronic transactions) per month. For Money Market Accounts, you may make no more than six (6) transfers to another account or to a third party by pre-authorized, online transfers, automatic transfers, point of sale (POS), telephone, fax requests, voice response requests, and ACH, per statement cycle. Online transfers are transactions between accounts initiated through Online or Mobile Banking. Telephone transfers are transfers between accounts initiated by a personal telephone call. Preauthorized withdrawals are transfers made according to a specific agreement between a customer and us or another party (i.e. insurance premiums, health club dues, etc.). Check access refers to any checks you write on your Money Market Account.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • INFORMATION ASSURANCE (a) Information provided by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to SELLER remains the property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall comply with the terms of any proprietary information agreement with LOCKHEED XXXXXX and comply with all proprietary information markings and restrictive legends applied by LOCKHEED XXXXXX to anything provided hereunder to SELLER. SELLER shall not use any LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information for any purpose except to perform this Contract and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the prior written consent of LOCKHEED XXXXXX. SELLER shall maintain data protection processes and systems sufficient to adequately protect LOCKHEED XXXXXX provided information and comply with any law or regulation applicable to such information.

  • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS In the event that you believe there has been an error with respect to any original check or image thereof transmitted to the Credit Union for deposit or a breach of this Agreement and Disclosure, you will immediately contact the Credit Union regarding such error or breach as set forth below. • By calling the Credit Union at: 000-000-0000; • By emailing the Credit Union at: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; or • By writing a letter and sending it to P.O. Box 60890, Los Angeles, CA 00000-0000. Contact us as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. • Tell us your name and Account number. • Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. • Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will tell you the results of our investigation within ten (10)* business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45** days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Account within ten (10)* business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your Account. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three (3) business days after we finish our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you assert an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, we will have 20 business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the United States, its possessions and territories, we will have 90 days instead of 45 days to investigate. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • MANAGEMENT INFORMATION AND FORMAT 2.1 The Supplier agrees to provide timely, full, accurate and complete MI Reports to the Authority which incorporates the data, in the correct format, required by the MI Reporting Template. The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.

  • Electronic Disclosures We may deliver amendments to this Agreement and other disclosures to you in an electronic format. Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. YOU ALSO AGREE AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR ACCESSING THE ONLINE BANKING SERVICE AND FOR VIEWING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. If you consent to receive electronic disclosures and later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent and change to paper delivery format. You can notify us of your intent to cancel electronic disclosures by: • Opting out of electronic only statements on the statements page within the Service, • Sending us a message via the Contact Us option within the Online Banking Service or • Calling us at (000)000-0000. If you send us a message through the Online Banking Service, please be sure to identify yourself and the applicable accounts. After your opt-out request is processed, you will begin receiving paper copies of account statements and additional charges may apply. If you enroll for e-statements and then later close your accounts with Relyance Bank, N. A., your access to the Online Banking Service will also be terminated. You may request paper copies of historical statements by contacting us. A fee may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.

  • Data Disclosure Under Minnesota Statute § 270C.65, Subdivision 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and/or Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

  • Information Exchange As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall exchange information regarding the design and compatibility of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities and compatibility of the Interconnection Facilities with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, and shall work diligently and in good faith to make any necessary design changes.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor:
