Electronic Tablets. Perimeter will provide a tablet to each Flight Attendant at no cost to them. The tablet must be returned to the company upon leaving the employ of the company. The tablet shall be primarily used for company purposes and as such should be treated like company property with the knowledge that the company can access the tablet as required. The tablet must hold all the company required data and regulatory manuals. Flight Attendants may use the tablet as desired; however, all company data must be updated and accessible any time on duty. The tablet cannot be used for other purposes while on flight duty other than for referencing company documents. Flight Attendants will be responsible for ensuring that the required documents are current and that the tablet is charged when reporting for duty. Any known negligence in the care of the tablet will require the Flight Attendant to be responsible for any damage that occurred. A copy of the Flight Attendant Collective Agreement will be available on the Electronic Tablet.

Electronic Tablets o No concerns. o We receive them for half the week for the first part of the day, and the other half of the week for the second half of the day. o The A-side of the week the issuance of tablets is less consistent, but B-Side will issue them for about 8 hours. o For A-Side, we are supposed to have them from 8 AM – 3 PM, but we usually only get them from 11 AM – 3 PM (B-Side is from 3 PM – 11 PM). o We do not receive cleaning solutions/materials (cross-contamination) to clean them. o One of the crews gives us less time with the tablets (usually on Wednesdays). • Intercom System o Difficult to understand. • Razors / Hair Clippers o Razor exchange is every Saturday (1-for-1 exchange). For transgender individuals, the deputies will provide two (2) razors for individuals in the PRIDE Program, but transgender persons in TL Sectors 1 and 2 only receive one (1). o There is barbicide for the hair clippers, which is permitted to be brought inside the housing unit (not just the yard). • Disciplinary - Write-ups / Safety o Staff are inconsistent with write-ups and how rules are enforced (multiple complaints). o Penalties for findings determined to be “founded” usually consist of removal of visits, commissary, and electronic tablets (often all three [3] combined). o Individuals are not getting written-up for fights.

  • Electronic Communications Notices and other communications to the Lenders and the L/C Issuer hereunder may be delivered or furnished by electronic communication (including e-mail and Internet or intranet websites) pursuant to procedures approved by the Administrative Agent, provided that the foregoing shall not apply to notices to any Lender or the L/C Issuer pursuant to Article II if such Lender or the L/C Issuer, as applicable, has notified the Administrative Agent that it is incapable of receiving notices under such Article by electronic communication. The Administrative Agent or the Borrower may, in its discretion, agree to accept notices and other communications to it hereunder by electronic communications pursuant to procedures approved by it, provided that approval of such procedures may be limited to particular notices or communications. Unless the Administrative Agent otherwise prescribes, (i) notices and other communications sent to an e-mail address shall be deemed received upon the sender’s receipt of an acknowledgement from the intended recipient (such as by the “return receipt requested” function, as available, return e-mail or other written acknowledgement), provided that if such notice or other communication is not sent during the normal business hours of the recipient, such notice or communication shall be deemed to have been sent at the opening of business on the next business day for the recipient, and (ii) notices or communications posted to an Internet or intranet website shall be deemed received upon the deemed receipt by the intended recipient at its e-mail address as described in the foregoing clause (i) of notification that such notice or communication is available and identifying the website address therefor.
