Eligibility and Application Procedure. (i) Every regular full-time employee with dependent children is eligible to request temporary reduction in workload and compensation at any time during his/her career. (ii) Any eligible employee may submit a written request for a temporary reduction in workload and compensation to his/her immediate supervisor and to the Manager of Operations or Director. (iii) An employee whose request for a reduction in workload and compensation is denied may grieve the decision according to the Collective Agreement grievance procedure.
