Eligibility for academic promotion. Academic Tutors will be entitled to apply for academic promotion through the University’s standard academic promotion process. If an Academic Tutor is successful in being promoted to Level B (or a higher level) they will be offered ongoing employment at that level in a non-Academic Tutor position.
Eligibility for academic promotion. (a) Persons converted under this clause to an Academic Tutor shall be entitled to apply for academic promotion through the standard academic promotion process after the successful completion of probation. Where any such person is successful in being promoted to Level B or a higher Level they shall be offered continuing employment at that Level in a non-Academic Tutor position.
