REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. Upon engagement, the University shall provide to the employee an instrument of appointment which stipulates the type of employment and informs the employee of the terms of engagement at the time of the appointment in relation to:
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. Upon engagement, the University shall provide to a staff member an instrument of appointment that stipulates the type of employment and informs the staff member of the terms of engagement at the time of the appointment in relation to:
a) For staff members other than casual staff members, the classification level and salary of the staff member on commencement of the employment, and the hours or the fraction of full-time hours to be worked;
b) For a fixed-term staff member, the term of the employment, the length and terms of any period of probation, and the category of fixed term employment as referred to in clause 28 of this Agreement;
c) For any staff member subject to probationary employment, the length and terms of the probation;
d) For casual staff members, the duties required, the number of working hours, the rate(s) of pay stipulated and a statement that any additional duties required during the term will be paid in accordance with the provisions of clauses 60, 62, 71 and Schedule 4 and 5;
e) Other main conditions of employment including the documentary, or other recorded sources from which such conditions derive (for example policies, procedures, guidelines) and where these can be found on the University website; and
f) The duties and reporting relationships that shall apply upon appointment.
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. Upon engagement, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Health Service shall provide the employee with an instrument of appointment, which stipulates both the basis (continuing or non-continuing) and the category of employment and informs the employee of the terms of engagement at the time of employment in relation to:

6.6.1 Upon engagement, the University will provide to the staff member an instrument of appointment which stipulates the type of employment and informs the staff member of the terms of engagement at the time of the appointment in relation to:
(i) for staff other than casuals, the classification level and salary of the staff member on commencement of the employment, and the hours or the fraction of full-time hours to be worked;
(ii) for a fixed-term staff member, the term of the employment and the circumstance(s) by reference to which the use of fixed-term contract for the type of employment has been decided for that employment;
(iii) for casuals including sessionals, the duties required, the number of hours required, the rate of pay for each class of duty required and a statement that any additional duties required during the term will be paid for; and
(iv) for any staff member subject to probationary employment, the length and terms of the probation.
6.6.2 The instrument of appointment will also specify the other main conditions of employment including the identity of the University, and the documentary, or other recorded sources from which such conditions derive, and the duties and reporting relationships to apply upon appointment.
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. Upon engagement, the University shall provide to the employee an instrument of appointment which stipulates the type of employment and informs the employee of the terms of engagement at the time of the appointment in relation to:
8.1.1 for employees other than casual employees, the classification level and salary of the employee on commencement of the employment, and the hours or the fraction of full-time hours to be worked;
8.1.2 for a fixed-term employee, the term of the employment, the length and terms of any period of probation, and the circumstance(s) by reference to which the use of fixed-term contract for the type of employment has been decided for that employment in accordance with clause 8.3.6 of this Agreement;
8.1.3 for casual employees, the duties required, the number of hours required, the rate of pay for each class of duty required and a statement that any additional duties required during the term will be paid for;
8.1.4 for any employee subject to probationary employment, the length and terms of the probation; and
8.1.5 other main conditions of employment, or the documentary or other recorded sources from which such conditions can be ascertained, the identity of the employer, and the duties and reporting relationships to apply upon appointment.
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT.
11.1 At the time of appointment the PSA will supply an employee an instrument of appointment in the form of a letter of offer or engagement showing the type of employment and the terms and conditions as follows:
(a) the classification level and salary of the employee, and the hours or the fraction of full-time hours to be worked,
(b) for a fixed term employee, the term of the employment and the circumstances for the fixed term contract,
(c) for casual employees, the duties required, the number of hours required, the rate of pay for each class of duty required and a statement that any additional duties will be paid for,
(d) other main conditions of employment including the duties and reporting relationships to apply upon appointment, and
(e) a copy of the required Fair Work Information Statement.
11.2 In addition an employee, appointed on a continuing basis, who wishes to have their prior service recognised, in accordance with Clause 14, will be asked to provide evidence of prior service.

25.1 Employees other than casual employees, the classification level and salary of the employee on commencement of the employment, and the hours or the fraction of full-time hours to be worked.
25.2 A fixed-term employee, the term of the employment, the length and terms of any period of probation, and the circumstance(s) by reference to which the use of fixed-term contract for the type of employment has been decided for that employment.
25.3 Casual employees, the duties required, the number of hours required, the rate of pay for each class of duty required and a statement that any additional duties required during the term will be paid for.
25.4 Any employee subject to probationary employment, the length and terms of the probation.
25.5 Other main conditions of employment, or the documentary or other recorded sources from which such conditions can be ascertained, the identity of the employer, and the duties and reporting relationships to apply upon appointment.
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. 7.1.1 Employees may be engaged on one or more of the following types of employment:
(a) Ongoing;

7.3 For any staff subject to probationary employment, the length and terms of the probation.
7.4 Other main conditions of employment including the documentary, or other recorded sources from which such conditions derive, and the duties and reporting relationships to apply upon appointment.
REQUIREMENT TO STATE TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT. 15.1 Upon engagement, Xxxxxxx will provide the employee with a letter of appointment which stipulates both the type (continuing or non-continuing) and the category of employment and informs the employee of the terms of engagement at the time of the appointment in relation to:
15.2 for employees other than casual employees, the classification level and salary of the position on commencement of the employment and, if not full-time the fraction of full-time hours to be worked;
15.3 for a fixed-term employee, the terms and condition (14.3.2, 14.3.3 & 14.3.4) of the employment; and
15.4 for casual employees, the duties required and the hourly rate of pay for each class of duty required.
