Common use of Eligibility for Benefit Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Benefit. An employee entitled to leave under Article 12.3, who provides the College with proof that the employee has applied for and is eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to Sections 22 or 23, Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, c.23, shall be paid an allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.

Eligibility for Benefit. An employee entitled to leave under Article 12.312.6, who provides the College with proof that the employee has applied for and is eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to Sections 22 or 23, Employment Insurance Act, Act S.C. 1996, c.23, shall be paid an allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.
