Eligibility for employees on reduced workload The College agrees to contribute towards the premiums of the Health Benefit Plans, as stated in Clause 9.5, for those full time employees who have had their appointments reduced to 50 percent proportional appointments or more as the result of action taken by the College. Employees who have their appointments reduced to a proportional appointment of 49 percent or less, or who request a proportional appointment, will receive College contributions as stated in Article 9.5.1.

Eligibility for employees on proportional appointment Employees who are hired to proportional appointments shall be entitled to receive College contributions to said Plans on a pro-rated basis in proportion to time worked by a full time employee. Eligibility for said benefit plans shall be in accordance with the benefit plan regulations.
