Eligibility for Leave. An employee who has worked full time during the 12 months preceding the date a request is made under this section shall be presumed to be eligible for family care and medical leave. For purposes of this section, ten-month employee will be deemed to have met the one-year requirement if they serve the full school year. Included in the assessment of eligibility shall be any paid leave of absence granted for reasons which would otherwise entitle an employee to family care and medical leave.
