Eligibility to donate leave. Employees may authorize, in writing, the transfer of annual leave (vacation) to another classified employee if the transfer will not result in the annual leave (vacation) balance of the transferring employee falling below ten (10) days. Employees may authorize, in writing, the transfer of sick leave consistent with RCWs.
