EMERGENCIES DEFINED Clause Samples
The "Emergencies Defined" clause establishes what situations are considered emergencies under the agreement. It typically outlines specific events or conditions—such as natural disasters, fires, or other unforeseen incidents—that trigger special rights or obligations for the parties involved. By clearly defining what constitutes an emergency, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding, reducing ambiguity and enabling swift, appropriate responses when urgent situations arise.
