Common use of Emergency Call-In Time Clause in Contracts

Emergency Call-In Time. If an employee is called in by the Employer upon an emergency basis, the employee shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours compensation at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2).

If an employee is called in by the Employer upon an emergency basis, the basis such employee shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours compensation at the rate of time and one-half (1 1-1/2) except for alarm checks in which case such employee shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours compensation at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2).
