Emergency Conditions. Under emergency conditions, the Area EPS Operator may immediately suspend interconnection service and temporarily disconnect the Distributed Energy Resource. The Area EPS Operator shall use Reasonable Efforts to notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Distributed Energy Resource. The Interconnection Customer shall use Reasonable Efforts to notify the Area EPS Operator promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Area EPS Operator’s Distribution System or any Affected Systems.
