Emergency Conditions. The Procedure for Release of State Employees Under Emergency Conditions, Revised October 8, 1999 (Emergency Release Procedure, or ERP) applies to the State employees covered by this MOU. The terms of Section 5 of this MOU supplement the ERP as stated below. There are no differences between the terms of this MOU and the terms of the ERP, except as specifically supplemented below.
