Emergency Health Care/First Aid. Facility shall, on any day when a student is receiving training at its facilities, provide to that student necessary emergency health care or first aid for accidents occurring in its facilities. Except as provided in this paragraph, Facility shall have no obligation to furnish medical or surgical care to any student.
