Emergency Management Fund. There shall be deposited into the Emergency Management Fund such property taxes, grants (as modified by section 4.2 below), Membership Dues, and such other funds as may be obtained by Ada County or donated to it for the purposes set forth in Idaho Code § 46-1009 and such expenses shall be allowed as may be appropriated in the annual budget for the Emergency Management Fund.

  • Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately.
