Membership Contributions. The contribution of a Member may consist of any tangible or intangible benefit to the Company or other property of any kind or nature, including cash, a promissory note, services performed, or real property.

Membership Contributions. Each Participant shall pay annual membership contributions in accordance with the terms contained herein to contribute towards funding the ACCEM program ("Membership Contributions"). Payment (or non- payment) of these funds by a participating municipality is not intended to enable or limit that municipality’s ability to access ACCEM services (i.e., planning, organizing, training, equipping, and exercising). Contributions are intended to provide members with voting privileges and access to discussions where emergency management priorities are set for Ada County. Membership contributions for Ada County and for each respective city located within Ada County shall initially be equal to thirty-three cents ($0.33) per resident. For purposes of calculating Membership Contributions, the number of residents located within Ada County and within each respective city shall be determined annually by ACCEM using the most current population estimates available to ACCEM. Membership contributions payable by cities shall be determined by the number of residents in each city. Membership contributions payable by Ada County shall include all of the residents inside the geographical borders of Ada County (including cities) plus the number of residents in unincorporated Ada County. Membership Contributions payable by Ada County Highway District shall be $10,000.00 per year. Membership Contributions shall be due and payable to the Emergency Management Fund in equal installments on a quarterly basis. Membership Contributions may be adjusted annually by ACCEM.
Membership Contributions. All COoL members agree to pay a yearly contribution towards the financial sustainability of the collective, as outlined in COoL's Strategic Development Plan. This will be collected at the start of the tax year in April. The rates are: £75 for organisations with a turnover of over £150,000 (per year) £50 for organisations with a turnover of under £150,000 (per year) A discretionary rate of £25 per annum for organisations with a turnover of under £150k (per year) Payment will be collected via invoices distributed by the COoL Supports subgroup. All new members will state which rate is applicable to them during the application process. The Collective will review the membership contribution structure in March each year.
Membership Contributions. 1. The membership contribution shall be established as a proportion (percentage) of the total amount of membership contributions.
2. The value of the contribution established for each OSJD Member shall be composed of two parts:
2.1. first part – from the equal distribution of 50% of the total amount of membership contributions among the OSJD Members;
2.2. second part – from the distribution of 50% of the total amount of membership contributions in proportion to the operating length of railways of the OSJD Members.
3. An OSJD Member shall be required every year to pay an annual membership contribution by 15 February of the budgetary year, unless otherwise stipulated by a separate contract with the Committee.
4. The measures provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 44 of this Convention shall be applied against any OSJD Member that is two years in arrears with payment of the annual membership contribution.
5. Membership contributions shall be paid in the above amount for the whole period of suspension of participation in the OSJD.
Membership Contributions. The parties to the present Convention undertake to make available to the association an annual grant to cover the costs of the association and to contribute to the scientific programme endorsed by the Council. The grant to be contributed is at the discretion of the Member Organization, but must be at least equal to the minimum contribution specified in Annex 3 (see article 2.1). These Member contributions are collected by and administered in the CECAM Headquarters. The detailed methods of payment of Member contributions are specified in the Headquarters Agreement. The actual contributions to be made in a given financial year by each individual Member Organization are communicated to the CECAM Director on his/her request in order to allow the timely drawing up of the annual Provisional Budget according to article 6.18 (iv). These statements on the contribution are confirmed by each Member Organization at the next annual meeting of the Council.
Membership Contributions. As a participant in establishing NII, and having an ongoing interest in its successful operations, Xxxxx County will identify in-kind resources and contributions that will be made to NII annually. This may include (but is not limited to): use of staff time to share expertise and knowledge in key functional areas; seconding positions on a temporary basis to support NII operations (that will continue to be paid/ employed by Xxxxx County); use of physical space in the short term for Innovation Teams to operate. Xxxxx County will develop an in-kind and resource contribution plan annually in concert with the annual budget process to be approved by Xxxxx County Council.
