Emergency Military Leave. Any employee with seniority status who is a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States of America and is ordered to perform state emergency duty, by compulsory call of the Governor or the President shall be entitled to an emergency military leave of absence. Such leave shall be with pay equivalent to the difference between the employee’s regular salary and military pay for each day of absence from County/Court employment, provided proof of military service pay is submitted. Payment of such leave shall not exceed two (2) weeks of absence from scheduled employment.
