Emergency Pay and Change in Work Schedule. In the event of a snowstorm, any employee who reports late for work but in any event within the first four (4) hours of his or her scheduled shift, shall receive pay for the full shift. It is understood that overtime rates will not apply until the employee has completed eight (8) working hours.
