Emergency Recall and Standby Differential. Standby and emergency recall is a requirement of all classifications covered under this agreement. A salary differential in the amount of five percent (5%) of monthly base salary shall be in effect for personnel (56 hour) assigned to standby and emergency recall duty a minimum of eight (8) days each month, (twelve (12) days for 40 hour personnel).

Such personnel (56 hour) assigned to standby and emergency recall for four (4) days, (six (6) days for 40 hour personnel) in each four (4) consecutive weeks shall be eligible to receive a differential in the amount of two and one-half percent (21/2%) of monthly base salary.
