Employee Benefits and Acknowledgment of Employer. 5.1 Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing to, or on behalf of, its employees all legally required employee benefits. An acknowledgment, attached herein as Attachment F, entitled "Employee Acknowledgment of Employer Form," that each employee understands that he/she is an employee of Contractor and not of County must be signed by each employee of Contractor employed at the site by the first day of employment. Original "Employee Acknowledgment of Employer Form," must be kept by Contractor and a copy must be filed within five (5) business days with the County’s Project Director.
