Employee Breaks. The normal workday is eight and one-half (8 ½) hours and includes an unpaid duty free thirty (30) minute lunch. Employees working a normal full-time workday shall have a paid fifteen (15) minute break each morning and a paid fifteen (15) minute afternoon break at a time compatible with the state or progress of the job as determined by the employee’s supervisor.
