Employee Breaks. 1) Employees may have two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks per workday, one prior to and one subsequent to the lunch period. These breaks shall normally not occur during the first hour of the workday or the last hour of the workday of the individual employee. 2) Employees are not entitled to leave 15 minutes early (up to 30 minutes if applicable) at the end of their scheduled workday because they did not take their scheduled break(s).
