Common use of Employee Discount Clause in Contracts

Employee Discount. 1. Regular Bargaining Unit employees receive a 50% discount on electric service and a 25% discount on natural gas service. These discounts apply only to services provided by Sierra Pacific Power Company. Employees will pay any applicable taxes levied by the Internal Revenue Service as established each year for the following year. (Amended 8/3/01 by Letter of Agreement)
