Employee Initiated Transfer. 11.4.1 Employees may initiate a request for transfer. Transfer requests may be indicated on the annual staffing survey, but all requests for transfer will require the completion of an internal application in response to posted vacancies. Transfer requests will be considered based on the criteria listed below.
