EMPLOYEE LICENSES. All bargaining unit members are to remain currently licensed in the State of Oregon in the subject/class area of instruction for which they are responsible. Specifically excluded from this paragraph is the teacher who is licensed in the State of Oregon, teaching outside their area of licensure, but doing so in accordance with the current Oregon licensure requirements.

EMPLOYEE LICENSES. To the knowledge of Seller, each employee of the Company who provides health care services in the course of employee’s employment with the Company is currently licensed to provide such health care services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
EMPLOYEE LICENSES. SCHEDULE 3.20 sets forth all licenses, permits or authority (the "Employee Licenses") issued to any employee or independent contractor of the Company by a State Insurance Department. All of the Employee Licenses are currently in effect and constitute each license, permit or authority that it is necessary or appropriate for the employees or independent contractors of the Company to obtain from a State Insurance Department with respect to the performance of their respective job responsibilities for the Company and as contemplated by Purchaser. All of the Employee Licenses will remain in effect and will not be subject to suspension, revocation, termination or limitation in any manner as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Except for the notices required by each State Insurance Department regarding the commencement of authority of such employee to act for Purchaser and the termination of authority of such employee to act for the Company, none of Purchaser, the Company or any employee holding an Employee License will be required to obtain any consent, approval or action of, or make any filing with or give any notice to, any State Insurance Department with respect to any Employee License as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

EMPLOYEE LICENSES. (a) Each employee of the Company or any Subsidiary who is practicing as a physician, nurse or pharmacist is identified in SCHEDULE 3.20, (b) each such employee is duly licensed and in good standing to practice as a physician, nurse or pharmacist, as the case may be, in each jurisdiction in which such employee renders services for or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary where such licensure and standing is required by Applicable Law in order for such person to render such services, (c) none of such employees is or has been subject to any claim in connection with his or her practice as a physician, nurse or pharmacist while employed by the Company or the Subsidiary, as the case may be, and (d) no fact or occurrence exists, which is likely to give rise to the revocation of any such license.
EMPLOYEE LICENSES. Each of FMSC's officers, directors and employees hold all required registrations, licenses, permits and approvals of any governmental and/or regulatory entity that are necessary for FMSC to remain a member in good standing of the FINRA and to carry out in all material respects its business as it is presently conducted.
