Employee Member of the Accident Review. Board Where applicable, an employee member of the Accident Review Board shall not be required to perform his normal functions during the time required to attend the meetings of the Accident Review Board for the purposes of hearing an appeal; he will be paid at his regular hourly rate for the duration of the meeting without giving rise to payment of overtime.
