Employee Notification Packet. An employee who is under investigation shall be sent an Employee Notification Packet no later than ten (10) business days before the employee’s appointment for an investigatory interview. The Notification shall include the AFT Members Benefits of Representation Letter, Acknowledgement of Rights Form, Employee Notification Form, and Summary of Interview Subject Matter.
