Common use of Employee Notification to District Clause in Contracts

Employee Notification to District. An employee shall notify the District of his intent to accept or refuse reemployment within three (3) working days following receipt of the reemployment notice. If the employee accepts reemployment, the employee must report to work within thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of the reemployment notice.
