Common use of Employee Notification to District Clause in Contracts

Employee Notification to District. An employee shall notify the District 22 of his or her intent to accept or refuse re-employment within five (5) 23 working days following receipt of the re-employment notice. If the 24 employee accepts re-employment, the employee must report to work 25 within ten (10) working days following receipt of the re-employment
