Employee Notification to District. An employee shall notify the District of his/her intent to accept or refuse re- employment within ten (10) working days following receipt of the re-employment notice. If the employee accepts re-employment, the employee must report to work within ten (10) working days following receipt of the re-employment notice. If an employee is offered re-employment in his/her original classification and fails to accept it, he/she will have lost all re-employment rights.
