Employee provided with vehicle. 63.3.1 Where an employee is provided with a vehicle for his/her use as transport to and from his/her home to the centre to commence and cease work at the usual commencing and finishing times within which ordinary hours may be worked the employee will not be entitled to any payment of allowances for fares or travelling time.
Employee provided with vehicle. 34.18 Where an Employee is provided with a vehicle to get to and from the Employer’s normal base, the Employee will not be entitled to fares and travel allowance.
Employee provided with vehicle. 7.1.5.1 Where an employee is provided with a vehicle for their use as transport to and from their home to the centre as defined to commence and cease work at the usual commencing and finishing times within which ordinary hours may be worked the employee will not be entitled to the fares component as in 7.1.1; the travel component as included in the applicable hourly rate as set out in 4.1.1.1.
