EMPLOYEE RECEIPT OF PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS. Each employee will be provided with a copy of his/her performance evaluation, and shall sign and date the Employer’s copy, including electronically where applicable, which signature shall signify acknowledgement of receipt only, and not the employee’s agreement with the evaluation.
