EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES EDUCATION LEAVE. 34.1 The employer shall provide paid employee representatives education leave calculated on the basis of three days for the first five Association members (pro rata full time equivalent) employed by the employer, a further 5 days where the employer employs between 6 and 50 members and one day for every eight Association members (pro rata full time equivalent) thereafter employed by the employer. 34.2 This leave is for education programmes approved by the Association.
