EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES EDUCATION LEAVE. The employer shall grant leave on pay for employees’ party to this collective agreement to attend courses authorised by APEX to facilitate the employee’s education and training as employee representatives in the workplace. The number of days education leave shall be derived from the formula contained in Section 7 of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000.
