Common use of Employee Requested Change to Seniority Lists Clause in Contracts

Employee Requested Change to Seniority Lists. Employees who do not agree with their seniority date must raise the concern with the Director of Human Resources or designate within one (1) month of receiving their seniority letter. Requests for changes after this time will not be accepted unless they are the result of bringing forward the incorrect data from a previous seniority list.
