Employee Resignation. In the event Employee voluntarily resigns his position as Chief Health Officer and Executive Secretary before the expiration of the Specified Term, unless the Parties otherwise agree, Employee shall give Employer 6-months advance written notice. Employee shall be paid through the effective date of his resignation, plus all accrued benefits.
