Employee Response To A Performance Evaluation. An employee may submit a written rebuttal to a performance evaluation. An employee’s written response shall be placed in the employee's official personnel file along with the work performance evaluation. Performance evaluations are not disciplinary actions and are not subject to the grievance procedure.
