Employee Theft & Dishonesty Policy. XXXXXXX further agrees to keep in force a blanket employee theft/employee dishonesty policy in at least the total amount of the first year’s grant award as either an addendum on its property insurance policy, or, if it is not feasible to include it as an addendum to a property insurance policy, as a stand-alone employee theft/employee dishonesty policy. STATE will be named as both a joint payee and a certificate holder on the employee theft/employee dishonesty addendum or on the stand-alone employee theft/employee dishonesty policy, whichever is applicable. Only in cases in which the first year’s grant award exceeds the available employee theft/employee dishonesty coverage may grantees provide blanket employee theft/employee dishonesty insurance in an amount equal to either 25% of the yearly grant amount, or the first quarterly advance amount, whichever is greater. Upon execution of this Contract, GRANTEE shall furnish the State with a certificate of employee theft/employee dishonesty insurance.

  • FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES Pursuant to NRS 338.125, Fair Employment Practices, the following provisions must be included in any contract between CONSULTANT and a public body such as CITY:

  • COMPLIANCE BY CONTRACTOR WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS/ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 6.1 In connection with the performance of the Services, the Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities which impose any obligation or duty upon the Contractor, including, but not limited to, civil rights and equal employment opportunity laws. In addition, if this Agreement is funded in any part by monies of the United States, the Contractor shall comply with all federal executive orders, rules, regulations and statutes, and with any rules, regulations and guidelines as the State or the United States issue to implement these regulations. The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.

  • No Felony Criminal Convictions Contractor represents that neither Contractor nor any of its employees, agents, or representatives, including any subcontractors and employees, agents, or representative of such subcontractors, have been convicted of a felony criminal offense or that if such a conviction has occurred Contractor has fully advised System Agency in writing of the facts and circumstances surrounding the convictions.

  • Employee Safety A. Any employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of his/her employment, no matter how slight the injury, shall file an accident report with the designated supervisor, as soon as possible after the injury and prior to the conclusion of the employee's work day, whenever possible. While the initial report may be given orally, it must be followed up within 48 hours with a written report on the First Report of Injury form which shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator/supervisor who shall then submit it to the appropriate Human Resources Department.
