Common use of Employees exempted Clause in Contracts

Clause 37 of this Agreement does not apply to: • Εmployees terminated as a consequence of serious misconduct that justifies dismissal without notice; • apprentices; • trainees; • Εmployees engaged for a specific period of time or for a specified task or tasks; or • casual employees.
