Employees of Lessee. The employees/ staff of the Lessee shall not be deemed or construed to be the employees of the DMRC. The Lessee understands and undertakes that its employees/ staff shall make no claim against the DMRC for any reasons whatsoever. Further, the Lessee also agrees that the DMRC shall not be liable for any accident/ injury or claims of the workers/ employees during the execution of the developmental works under this Agreement and the Lessee hereby indemnifies and undertakes to keep DMRC indemnified in respect of the same.

Employees of Lessee. All persons hired or whose compensation is paid by Lessee are employees of Lessee, and Lessee is responsible for payment of any required workmen’s compensation, unemployment insurance, social security and withholding taxes. Lessee, as employer, shall be responsible for all actions of said employees as the employer thereof.

Employees of Lessee. ‌ 14.1 Lessee shall require all of its employees, contractors, subcontractors, and/or independent contractors hired by Xxxxxx working in view of the public, and about the Airport, to wear clean and neat attire and to display appropriate identification. 14.2 Lessee employees shall obtain identification badges from the Airport. Lessee will be responsible for paying the cost of the TSA-required employee background checks and badging, if applicable. 14.3 Lessee shall employ a sufficient number of trained personnel to handle customer service, vehicle maintenance, vehicle handling, and office and administrative duties necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Rental Car Concession. Lessee’s employees shall be properly trained and provide good customer service to customers. Employees shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. All employees shall maintain a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance and shall wear a uniform or appropriate attire as established by Lessee. 14.4 Lessee’s employees are not allowed to solicit business or to use pressure sales tactics. 14.5 Xxxxxx agrees that at least one uniformed attendant shall be on duty at all times during the hours of operation of its counter. Attendant is to be a employee of Xxxxxx and shall wear a name tag and Airport identification badge while performing his/her duties. Employees shall, at all times, conduct themselves in an acceptable manner. There shall not be loud, boisterous, or use improper language on the Airport.

Employees of Lessee. If directed by the Authority, the Lessee shall require its employees who may come in contact with the public on the Airport to wear a uniform or badge by which they may be known and distinguished as the employee of Lessee. The Lessee shall not employ or retain in its service, or permit to remain upon the Premises any person determined by the Authority in its sole discretion to be unfit for such employment or otherwise objectionable. The Lessee shall prohibit and restrain its agents, servants, and employees from any loud, noisy or persistent announcement of its services on or about the Premises or elsewhere at the Airport.

Employees of Lessee. Lessee shall not permit its employees, organizational members or participants to violate any of the terms and conditions of this lease agreement, nor to violate any law, rule or regulation of the Lessor with respect to the leased premises, or its related operations.

Employees of Lessee. Technicians, stagehand and other personnel, if employed by either party, each party is responsible for payment of workers compensation, unemployment insurance, social security, and withholding taxes.

Employees of Lessee. All employees of Lessee shall abide by rules of the Lessor, as established by the Lessor’s Board of Officers, and shall be respectful to Lessor’s members, invitees, and licensees.
