No Work Stoppages or Disruptive. Activity The Trades Council and the Unions signatory hereto agree that neither they, and each of them, nor their respective officers or agents or representatives, shall incite or encourage, condone or participate in any strike, walk-out, slow- down, picketing, observing picket lines or other activity of any nature or kind whatsoever, for any cause or dispute whatsoever with respect to or in any way related to Project Work, or which interferes with or otherwise disrupts, Project Work, or with respect to or related to the City or Contractors, including, but not limited to, economic strikes, unfair labor practice strikes, safety strikes, sympathy strikes, secondary strikes, sick-out strikes, and jurisdictional strikes whether or not the underlying dispute is arbitrable. Any such actions by the Trades Council, or Unions, or their members, agents, representatives or the employees they represent shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. The Trades Council and the Union shall take all steps necessary to obtain and maintain compliance with this Article.
