Common use of Employees who Clause in Contracts

Employees who. (a) refuse an offer by the Employer of alternate work; or (b) lack the required competency and seniority, to displace another incumbent within their particular classification shall be provided with not less than fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice specifying the date on which they will be laid off.

Employees who. (a) refuse an offer by the Employer of alternate work; or (b) lack the required competency and seniority, to displace another incumbent within their particular classification classification; or shall be provided with not less than fourteen twenty eight (1428) calendar days’ notice specifying the date on which they will be laid off.

Employees who. (a) refuse an offer by the Employer of alternate work in the bargaining unit for which they are qualified and capable to perform the work; or (b) lack are not capable or qualified to perform the required competency and seniority, remaining work; or (c) are not able to displace another incumbent within their particular classification a less senior Employee, shall be provided with not less than fourteen (14) calendar days’ days notice specifying the date on which they will be laid off.

Employees who. (a) refuse an offer by the Employer of alternate work; or (b) lack the required competency and seniority, to displace another incumbent within their her particular classification shall be provided with not less than fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice specifying the date on which they she will be laid off.

Employees who. (a) refuse an offer by the Employer of alternate work; or (b) lack the required competency and seniority, to displace another incumbent within their hertheir particular classification classification; or shall be provided with not less than twenty eight (28) fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice specifying the date on which they she will be laid off.
