Employees will be compensated for mileage at a rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per km when required by the Employer to attend meetings outside of the facility.

EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED DIR shall have the absolute right to terminate the Contract without recourse in the event that:
NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED In the event the Contract expires or is terminated for any reason, a Customer shall retain its rights under the Contract and the Purchase Order issued prior to the termination or expiration of the Contract. Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.
