Common use of Employer Property Clause in Contracts

Employer Property. All advertising, sales, manufacturers' and other materials or articles or information, including without limitation data processing reports, computer programs, software, customer information and records, business records, price lists or information, samples, or any other materials or data of any kind furnished to Executive by Employer or developed by Executive on behalf of Employer or at Employer's direction or for Employer's use or otherwise in connection with Executive's employment hereunder, are and shall remain the sole property of Employer, including in each case all copies thereof in any medium, including computer tapes and other forms of information storage. If Employer requests the return of such materials at any time at or after the termination of Executive's employment, Executive shall deliver all copies of the same to Employer immediately.
